Tear the wrapper open from the serrated edge and handle carefully
Ensure that the condom is put on before any sexual activity
Ensure that the roll is on the outside. Squeeze the teat, place the condom on top of the penis and roll it down with your other hand. If the condom starts to roll up during intercourse, stop and roll it back down straight away
Soon after ejaculation, and while the penis is still erect, bold the condom firmly in place at the base of the penis before withdrawal. After withdrawal, remove the condom, wrap it in a tissue and put it in the bin
